Description
Certifying performance means that ClimaCheck after a system is connected to ClimaCheck online (or after measuring with ClimaCheck onsite) checks performance to ensure that the unit works according to available data for unit as well as good practice.
Measurement data shall be available from at least two hours under relevant operating conditions near nominal power and operating conditions. When the unit operates according to specification, ClimaCheck can certify “ClimaCheck Certified Performance”.
If there are deviations that need to be investigated / corrected before certification is stated or if there are external factors that interfere with the operation during the measurement period these will be documented and high-lighted. The deviations will be explained to customer’s contact person.
Certified performance also means that a complete documentation of operating parameters to be monitored and checked during service is created.
ClimaCheck recommend that system performance is certified in connection with commissioning and warranty inspections. It contains a complete documentation of the unit’s performance at measured conditions checked against design / good practice performed by experienced refrigeration expert.
