Description

Certifying the operation is the next step after that the performance is certified. ClimaCheck Certified operation is done when representative operation has been monitored and documented with ClimaCheck online, during operation at high, “normal” and low load. This typically needs a couple of months of ClimaCheck monitoring.

The assessment is made in relation to specifications and plant descriptions provided by the customer and good practice. It does not include analysis of underlying causes in external systems. The focus is on operating conditions for the unit and to document if any measures are required for the unit, controls, and external systems to bring system into good operation.

Certified operations aim to ensure that the system deliver good operating economy and high reliability based on the evaluated period.

The operation is certified after high and low load operating cases have been logged and analysed as commissioning done at one operating condition will not deliver reliable and efficient operation.

Depending on the size, complexity and how business criticality the plant is the appropriate interval for certification of operation will vary. Typically, it is recommended to evaluate operation between every six months and two years if “ClimaCheck Support for predictive maintenance” is not used
