ClimaCheck has entered a framework agreement with the largest real estate company in Sweden.

As part of the environmental and sustainability work, Vasakronan has signed a framework agreement with ClimaCheck for monitoring their ground source heat pumps and chillers. The agreement includes continuous cloud-based performance analysing as well as support for optimisation and predictive maintenance.
Vasakronan is the largest real estate company in Sweden’s and has, invested in large ground source heat pump/chiller plants to reduce the environmental impact. The systems with ground collector that can contain hundreds of holes drilled to 200 m or more involve a large investment and in order to get a good return on investment, the system must work optimally throughout all operating conditions. By analysing the performance 24/7 in real time on the ClimaCheck online platform, it is possible to detect deviations directly when they occur on a component level. This makes it possible to correct the problem before the energy cost has increased and failures and downtime can be avoided.
ClimaCheck is a world leader in performance analysis of heat pumps and cooling systems. With the unique performance analysis, it is possible to work efficiently with optimisation and predictive maintenance. ClimaCheck continuously analyses thousands of MW of cooling / heating power in properties around the world to increase efficiency and reduce the number of accidents.

Why different kind of savings shorten the ROI
Due to lack of information about additional cost connected to bad operations, many savings can be harder to estimate. Frankly, they could be missed completely because the cost is taken when there is no other option.

How efficient troubleshooting saves money and energy in HVACR systems.
In recent publications and news, we have discussed the common savings potential of 10-30% in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat pump systems when energy optimisation and predictive maintenance is introduced. Did you know that these savings do not take reduced failure cost and downtime into account?
